Job Summary
Perform daily cycle counts and scheduled inventory audits; investigate and reconcile discrepancies by assessing variances from system records; conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues; provide guidance and training on inventory control practices; ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and quality/safety regulations; complete ad hoc inventory-related tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift Certification (required to obtain certification if hired)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- General computer literacy and experience with inventory systems and data entry
- 1-3 years of cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong mathematical and analytical capability
- Ability to lift 50lb on an occasional basis
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with a team
