Job Summary
Count finished production and enter quantities into production software, then pack out entries and label cases correctly. Report shorts, schedule deviations, and contamination observations to supervisors immediately while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Adhere to all safety programs, standards operating procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices, including reporting unsafe conditions and avoiding untrained machinery use. Operate manual and electric pallet jacks in congested warehouse environments with varying temperatures and irregular hours.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing and food safety experience
- Must be able to operate both manual and electric pallet jacks
- Organizational and logistics skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to use a computer and other office technology
- Intermittent or expert level in Microsoft in particular excel
- Able to work irregular, extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
- Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working in a food processing environment preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English a plus)
