Job Summary
Inventory Supervisor responsible for coordinating and supervising inventory control activities across multi-department warehouse operations, including physical inventories, hold recalls, damage disposition, and performance reporting. Drives purchasing and inventory procedures to optimize workflows, reviews market conditions with customers, oversees scrap disposal, and ensures compliance with contracts and KPIs. Leads and develops warehouse staff, manages scheduling via UKG, and leads lean-improvement projects to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience. RequiresBachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics, 1+ year supervisory experience, and strong WMS/MS Office skills. Prolonged hands-on leadership with multi-shift responsibilities in a fast-paced 3PL environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred
- 2+ years of Inventory Supervisor experience
- WMS experience required
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with multi-shift operations
- Ability to drive change
- Hands-on with multi-priority workload
- 1+ year(s) of supervisor experience or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
Desired Qualifications
