Job Summary
Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates while providing world-class service to new and existing customers. Establish effective business relationships with clients and perform inventory counts as part of the team when not supervising. Work a varied schedule and travel to customer locations. This hourly position offers performance-based increases based on completion of the training curriculum. WIS International delivers accurate results to major retail and manufacturing clients, conducting over 200,000 physical inventory counts annually.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership and Training skills
- Driver's license and acceptable driving record
- High level of computer literacy
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience
- Retail or Warehouse experience
- Goal oriented
- Team players with good interpersonal skills
- Hands-on management style
