Job Summary
Oversee and manage all inventory control activities, including cycle counts, bin transfers, and reconciliation processes within the warehouse management system. Lead and oversee the kitting operation, ensuring timely and accurate kit assembly aligned with production and customer requirements while investigating discrepancies related to outbound fulfillment. Train, coach, and support team members on inventory processes and best practices, assigning tasks to ensure team productivity aligns with operational goals. Safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies. This role requires bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency and at least two years of supervisory experience. Compensation is $55,000 annually for an exempt position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in inventory control within a warehouse environment
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
- Minimum 2+ years of experience using a WMS
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Forklift certified
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite and RF Smart experience preferred
- Experience supporting kitting operations and account-specific inventory programs preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
