Job Summary
Inventory Supervisor will lead inventory optimization and cycle counts across on-site and off-site locations, drive accuracy in reporting for Packaging, Produce, Grocery, and 3rd-party inventories, own inventory KPIs, and coordinate with Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to prevent stock Shorts. The role requires strong data analysis, experience with WMS, and supervisory responsibility in inventory control, with hands-on capabilities including operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, cherry pickers) and maintaining GMP-compliant processes. The candidate will forecast demand, manage transfers, and maintain accurate physical inventories to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Supervisory experience in shipping/receiving, off site transfers, inventory cycle counts, WMS, lot traceability, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and maintenance of a GMP compliant warehouse.
