Job Summary
Inventory Supervisor overseeing daily operations for medication or supply inventory at Gifthealth facilities, leading a team of Inventory Specialists, Inbound Specialists, and Warehouse Associates. Drives site-level inventory accuracy, ensures regulatory compliance, and translates operational plans into daily floor direction. Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, cycle counting, reconciliation, documentation, and staffing, with emphasis on building staff capability and maintaining compliance within healthcare/pharmacy regulatory standards. Requires pharmacy technician license, high school diploma or equivalent, and 2-3 years in inventory management with 1-2 years in a supervisory role; must be proficient with inventory systems and MS Office; on-site at Columbus facilities with full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications

- Pharmacy Technician License (can be obtained on the job) (Required)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations (Required)
- 1 to 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role with direct reports (Required)
- Experience with receiving, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes (Required)
- Experience with inventory documentation and chain-of-custody requirements (Required)
- Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems (Required)
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
