INVENTORY SUPERVISOR/EXPERT

Oversee complete inventory operations across multiple locations or channels; design, implement, and continually refine inventory tracking systems and procedures; analyze trends and develop forecasting models to predict inventory needs and mitigate overstocking or stockouts; lead initiatives to automate manual processes using ERP systems and technologies such as IoT-based tracking or RFID tagging; develop and enforce best practices in inventory management to improve accuracy and efficiency; evaluate and adopt new tools to drive performance; generate detailed periodic reports on inventory status, variances, and KPIs; use data analytics to identify bottlenecks and propose cost-effective improvements; mentor junior personnel; collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales, and finance to align inventory with business objectives; serve as primary liaison with external vendors and service providers and ensure compliance with regulations and audit standards; oversee regular audits and cycle counts and maintain detailed process documentation.
