Inventory Supervisor

Job Summary
Inventory Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, cycle counts and physical audits, resolving discrepancies, leading a team of inventory control specialists/warehouse clerks, enforcing safety policies, optimizing the Inventory Management System (IMS/ERP), analyzing turnover to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock, reducing shrinkage and storage costs, and generating regular inventory status reports while collaborating with demand planning and finance to align stock with forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics environments
- 1–2 years in supervisory or lead role
- Proficiency with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment
