Job Summary
Lead the daily back-of-house operations and processing room oversight for the dispensary, managing inventory control, cycle counts, and markdowns while ensuring audit compliance. Direct the Dispensary Inventory Specialist team by leading by example, conducting investigations, and administering disciplinary actions up to terminations in partnership with management. Estimate inventory requirements, prepare customer orders, and maintain strict standards for cleanliness, organization, and menu accuracy. Oversee recruitment, interview, and hiring processes to fill open positions based on store performance. Manage direct reports' schedules, time and attendance, and performance appraisals while delivering continuous training through SOPs and compliance audits.
Required Qualifications
- Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency.
- Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
- Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2-3 years' experience working in inventory, logistics and/or a cannabis retail setting
- Minimum 1 years' experience supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
