Job Summary
Document and enter all inventory from production kitchens into METRC and internal tracking systems. Perform daily physical audits, clearly label stock, and log transfers to finished packaged units. Coordinate raw material flow, fulfill orders, and facilitate product intake and outtake with sales representatives. Maintain a clean vault, communicate discrepancies in quantity or quality, and report damaged equipment to supervisors. This role requires working a flexible schedule and collaborating with inventory supervisors on packaging planning. Occasional travel between buildings is required, and candidates must be 21 or older with at least one year of inventory experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst or logistics role or environment
- preferably in the food or beverage industry
- Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency
- preferably in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Possess basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Occasional travel required between buildings and sites
- Ability to maintain/manage confidential information
- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Will be required to submit to a background check
- Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications
Desired Qualifications
- experience in Jira and/or other management platforms and software
- ServSafe or Food Handler's Card
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification, if required
