Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

Conduct cycle counts and bin audits across stockroom, production, and offsite warehouse locations to ensure alignment between physical inventory and ERP records. Manage inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, transferring, and adjustments while investigating discrepancies to maintain material flow. Provide material handling support for replenishment, returns, and misplaced items, and generate reporting on variances and inventory status. This onsite role in Fort Worth, Texas, supports efficient manufacturing operations within the Materials department.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in a warehousing and manufacturing environment
  • 2+ years of end-to-end cycle count ownership and experience
  • Experience with inventory transactions and ERP systems
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility
  • Satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing-driven inventory control environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
