Inventory Specialist

Inventory Specialist at Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital in Wildwood, MO. Manage and maintain the hospital’s inventory systems, handle purchasing activities within policy and budget, maintain stock levels, oversee receipts and barcoding, apply FIFO stock rotation, coordinate returns to vendors, assist with inventory counts and audits (including DEA/BNDD logging), update inventory costs and pricing in software, identify waste, audit patient visit lists and open transactions for restocked items, and document KPIs while guiding team members. Requires detail-oriented, organized, team-oriented attitude and ability to lift 30 lbs; High School Diploma required with RVT preferred.
