Job Summary
Maintain accurate inventory levels through restocking, cycle counting, and inventory control for assigned areas. Review supply needs, prevent overstocking, and help ensure efficient product turnover. Conduct physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and update systems as needed. Process supply deliveries by verifying quantities, expiration dates, and physical condition. Respond to supply and equipment requests with prompt service. Inspect items for expiration, recalls, or defects, and report issues. Assist with bi-annual physical inventories and reporting. Keep supply areas clean and organized. Propose ideas for continuous improvement while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Work Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to learn and use computers and digital systems within 90 days of hire
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all work
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in healthcare, supply chain, or materials management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
