Job Summary
Maintain and track major unit inventory including new/used units, motors, trailers, and lifts across CRM, DMS, and website platforms. Audit inventory regularly to ensure completeness and accuracy while uploading product details, descriptions, pricing, and photos to keep listings customer-ready. Monitor third-party platforms for functionality and resolve discrepancies. Travel to locations to verify physical inventory and partner with store managers and sales teams to ensure alignment on tracking. Communicate regularly with offsite locations to maintain visibility and accountability. Ensure 100% of major unit inventory is accounted for and accurately reflected across all systems to support sales, finance, and operations teams.
