Job Summary
Inventory Specialist role focused on manufacturing inventory for TerrAscend. Responsibilities include performing counts and ensuring inventory is accounted for and reported per policy, maintaining and tracking inventory data through the testing process, investigating and correcting discrepancies in quantities and locations, assessing inventory output to identify productivity trends, coordinating with other department leaders for proper material handling, ensuring inventory accuracy as products move through the Deacom system, auditing inventory weekly or as needed, preparing reports on inventory operations and performing analysis to predict challenges, coordinating transfers of material, ensuring compliance with state-mandated inventory controls, reconciliations, and audits, and reporting data to the Inventory and Testing Lead. Other responsibilities as assigned by the state director. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, ability to work in an environment with plant matter and chemicals, and willingness to wear PPE. Cannabis experience a plus and background check will be conducted. E-Verify statement included. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma minimum
- Operational knowledge of MS Excel, SharePoint and Teams
- Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing priorities
- Strong analytical, operational research, root cause, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
