Job Summary
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all locations by conducting regular physical counts, reconciling discrepancies, and rolling production on meats, cheese, and raw materials daily. Review open purchase orders against received inventory, track yield by item or program, and use inventory management software to monitor stock movement. Identify and report slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory, generate reports to support purchasing decisions, and coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts. Flag raw materials unused for over 30 days and leverage AI to drive efficiency. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics or SAP. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
