Job Summary
Process new shipment deliveries and maintain quality assurance by reviewing products for defects before placing them on the styling floor. Maintain purchase order records in the point of sale system, manage invoices, and price ticket new goods. Partner with store leaders to manage daily replenishment, pull items for the styling floor, and fulfill web orders by processing and shipping them. Execute weekly checks for vendor returns, conduct transfers to other stores or the warehouse, and manage markdowns for the sale section. Keep the backroom organized and order weekly store supplies. Work a minimum of 8 hours per week with flexible scheduling up to 30 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges
- Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated
- Strong organization and computer skills
- Must be able to climb a ladder as needed
- Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly
