Job Summary
Receive new shipment deliveries, review products for defects, and maintain quality assurance before placing items on the styling floor. Manage purchase order records, invoices, and price ticketing while conducting weekly checks on vendor returns and executing transfers to other stores or the warehouse. Lead daily replenishment efforts, process fulfillment queues for web and inter-store orders, and execute markdowns to maintain organized sale sections. Keep the backroom clean, order weekly supplies, and ensure all packaging is available for operations. Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in Garden City Center, Cranston, RI, supporting the store team with inventory management tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges
- Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated
- Strong organization and computer skills
- Must be able to climb a ladder as needed
- Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly
