Job Summary
Receive new shipment deliveries, ticketing and preparing inventory for the styling floor while reviewing for defects. Maintain purchase order records, manage invoices, and process web orders and inter-store transfers to fulfill customer requests. Execute weekly markdowns, conduct transfers to vendors or warehouses, and manage daily replenishment of sold items. Order store supplies and ensure the backroom remains organized and clean. Work a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling up to 30 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges
- Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated
- Strong organization and computer skills
- Must be able to climb a ladder as needed
- Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly
