Job Summary
Order approved patient-specific equipment and maintain appropriate inventory levels of standard mobility gear through min/max thresholds. Update the equipment ordering queue in Sales Pilot and run biweekly asset and purchase order reports to ensure accurate stock levels. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment while completing parts installation, modifications, and retrofitting as required to meet product standards. Clean and test all equipment according to safety and regulatory standards before patient delivery, and conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with office assistants, delivery technicians, and corporate teams to support timely deliveries and provide proactive updates on availability or delays. Serve as backup delivery technician when needed. Bachelor's degree required. Hourly pay ranges from $21 to $28 based on experience and certifications.
