Job Summary
Order approved patient-specific equipment and maintain appropriate inventory levels of standard mobility gear through min/max thresholds. Run biweekly asset and purchase order reports to ensure stock readiness, identify aging units, and coordinate transfers with Branch Managers and ATPs. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment, complete parts installation and modifications, and clean/test equipment per safety standards before patient delivery. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to guarantee accuracy while collaborating with Office Assistants, Delivery Technicians, and Sales teams to support timely service. Serve as backup Delivery Technician when directed. Bachelor's degree required; hourly pay ranges from $21 to $28.

- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairs
- Ability to interact effectively with patients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, be detail oriented and organized
- Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines
- Required to be certified via internal certification process
