Inventory Specialist (Part-Time)

Receives, stores, maintains, and distributes materials and equipment while conducting cycle counts in Central Supply and assisting with annual inventory counts. Maintains accurate locations of supplies throughout the hospital and clinic by restocking according to assigned PAR levels and correcting HOLD transactions. Accepts incoming freight, verifies purchase orders, and monitors supply expiration dates and Charge Viewer for proper billing. Submits and resolves Service Records with Cerner, compiles reports, and develops departmental CQI initiatives. Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintains a clean, safe storage area.
