Job Summary
Maintain accurate inventory records using Oracle NetSuite on a Windows-based ERP system while receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials and engine components. Manage inventory for engine parts, brackets, bell housings, manifolds, build stock, and finished goods by performing cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliation. Pull and stage parts for production, assembly, and customer orders, operating a forklift to move raw materials, completed assemblies, pallets, and finished goods throughout the warehouse. Load, unload, and organize inventory while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, working closely with purchasing, production, and shipping to ensure material flow. Assist with shipping and receiving as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a parts department
- Strong computer skills and experience working with Windows-based ERP software
- Knowledge of engine, diesel, industrial, automotive, or marine parts
- Forklift experience and the ability to safely move large engine components and finished goods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
