Inventory Specialist

Conduct efficient receiving of wholesale medication deliveries, manage owes, and support prescription order fulfillment to ensure accurate dispensing. Perform assigned counts for the Inventory Recount Tool to maintain adequate supply levels and keep all products neatly organized and date sorted. Collaborate with Purchasing and clinical departments to monitor stock, anticipate demand, and initiate corrective actions when inventory turnover or customer satisfaction KPIs are at risk. Process monthly brand returns for unused medication and address product recalls by quarantining items and notifying key personnel per instructions. Work directly under the Inventory Manager with joint direction from the MedWiz Management team, assisting prepack, receiver, and returns technicians as needed. Requires current pharmacy technician license and ability to lift over 50lbs; schedule includes 7am-6pm with possible weekends.
