Job Summary
Inventory Specialist accountable for managing finished stock levels in trunk stock and with 3PL, ensuring product availability, and supporting inventory data and issue resolution. Provides ERP-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, facilitates quarterly business reviews with the 3PL provider, and implements KPI dashboards to track inventory and 3PL performance. Collaborates with sales, distributors, warehouse staff, and customers to maintain accurate inventory, process orders with the 3PL, and generate inventory/account reports. Hybrid, full-time role based in Alpharetta, GA; requires travel domestically and internationally and experience in ERP systems, data visualization, and 3PL coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
- 2+ years in inventory management, supply chain, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Experience coordinating with 3PL providers and conducting quarterly business reviews
- Ability to design/maintain KPI dashboards for inventory and logistics performance
