Job Summary
Conduct regular cycle counts and audits while maintaining proper monthly metrics and consolidating issues from all shifts. Update spreadsheets daily to resolve discrepancies with personnel and vendors, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving verification in KOS. Operate forklifts safely by performing daily inspections, executing load/unload procedures, and adhering to lockout/tagout protocols. Communicate effectively with management and clients to process adjustments and respond to inventory requests. Participate in corrective actions and continuous improvement projects while documenting all functions via scanner.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of experience managing cycle counts and maintaining inventory records in a warehouse setting
- investigating inventory discrepancies and running inventory analysis
- forklift experience
- Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check prior to employment
- Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification through in house training if operating forklift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested by Supervisor
- Ability to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Basic data entry and/or word processing skills (Office and Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Takes direction from leadership and gets along well with others
- Ability to count and document accurately
- Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Skilled in the use of warehouse management system to process incoming and outgoing shipments
