Job Summary
Receive and process products for repair and replacement, both physically and within the ERP system. Communicate repair lead times and status updates to internal and external customers while managing inventory and processing flow for all in-process repairs. Effectively address customer inquiries and coordinate international and domestic shipping logistics with sales teams. Requires at least three years of relevant work experience and proficiency in MS-Office applications. Herrmann Ultrasonics develops ultrasonic welding machines for industries including medical, electronics, food, and automotive.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills and communication
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams)
- Experience with international and domestic shipping, communicating with sales and with customers, managing warehouse inventory
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors is a plus
