Job Summary
Inventory Specialist at Factor_Canada will manage inventory and warehouse processes and controls in the distribution center, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You will maintain real-time inventory records and visibility by executing SOPs and controls, direct warehouse associates on tasks such as cycle counts and material movements, assist in training personnel on inventory procedures and systems, liaison with Finance/Ops/Supply Chain to publish weekly inventory metrics, investigate discrepancies and lead root-cause analyses, conduct cycle counts and ABC inventory analysis with planning to improve accuracy and storage utilization, ensure compliance with OH&S and safety equipment, and support projects and improvements while collaborating with Site Leader and Supply Chain on budgets and fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory, warehousing, manufacturing and/or supply chain experience with a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. Used to working in a high pressure, fast paced, and constantly changing environment

- Professional certifications and/or licenses with Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Availability to work weekend schedules and cold facilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and video conferencing (Hangouts Meet)
