Job Summary
Inventory Specialist responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping devices and materials to support Clinician guided at-home rehab. Maintains accurate inventory records, performs cycle counts and physical audits, and coordinates deliveries/pickups with third-party carriers. Cleans, tests, and prepares devices for distribution or return to inventory; builds/disassembles devices as needed for distribution and maintenance; maintains secure device records in compliance with company standards; supports patient device deliveries to hospitals, residences, and care facilities; ensures OSHA, FDA, and DOT compliance (training provided); maintains warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety; handles manual and mechanized material handling equipment. Requires ability to lift up to 60 pounds (and up to 70 pounds per job-specific demands), strong attention to detail, basic technology proficiency, and safe regulatory practices. Preferred experience with WMS/ERP, medical device handling, and logistics coordination. Education: none required; preferred high school diploma or equivalent. License: valid driver’s license with clean driving record; OSHA/DOT certifications preferred (training provided if not held).
