Inventory Specialist Full Time SHREVEPORT, LA

Manage and stock customer inventory levels for Grainger and non-Grainger items through KeepStock programs and crib management. Support inventory management and procurement processes by integrating indirect inventory into customer product processes. Provide excellent customer service by resolving problems promptly to retain loyalty. Perform product searches and select activities directly with in-house end-users. Provide quotes based on customer requests and deliver specialized reports as needed. Partner with customers to provide inventory management services aligned with internal processes on the customer's site. Work as a dedicated customer service resource managing indirect inventory at the customer's location using Grainger or customer-specific software.
