Inventory Specialist

Job Summary
Maintain inventory on commodity items, finished goods, and project-specific gear while performing daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure quantities are current and accurate. Manage and maintain the inventory system, facilitate database upgrades, and assess reports to identify items needing automatic delivery. Pull and pack products based on daily orders, keep stock organized with continuous rotation, and conduct frequent spot and partial physical audits. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and telehandlers while maintaining a clean, sanitary work area compliant with OSHA and 5S principles. Work between 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday, with possible nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of experience in a related area
- Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics experience
- 0-10% travel
- Availability for work between 6 am to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts, telehandlers, hand trucks etc)
- Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area
- Ability to maintain compliance with all OSHA and Company safety requirements
- Ability to ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times
- Ability to actively maintain 5S principles throughout work area
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Eligibility for E-Verify
