Job Summary

Maintain inventory on commodity items, finished goods, and project-specific gear while performing daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure quantities are current and accurate for the procurement process. Manage and maintain the inventory system, facilitating database upgrades under direction, and assess reports to identify items needing automatic delivery. Pull and pack products based on daily orders, keeping stock organized and in rotation while utilizing material handling equipment like forklifts. Conduct frequent spot and partial physical inventory audits, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements through a clean, sanitary work area adhering to 5S principles. Work between 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday, with shifts potentially varying to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related area
  • Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics experience preferred
  • 0-10% travel
  • Availability for shifts between 6 am to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts, telehandlers, hand trucks etc)
  • Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area
  • Ability to follow OSHA and Company safety requirements
  • Ability to follow proper safety procedures at all times
  • Ability to actively maintain 5S principles throughout work area
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test
  • Eligibility for E-Verify
