Job Summary
Conduct daily and weekly store walks, audits, and product availability checks to maintain in-stock conditions and merchandising standards. Manage inventory processes including reclaim, transfers, discards, and date checks while reviewing back-stock to reduce shrink. Provide courteous, knowledgeable service and execute product recalls, withdrawals, and food safety compliance protocols. Collaborate with the team to promote safety, address hazards, and report accidents or illegal activity. Complete administrative tasks, online training, and POS surveys to track customer satisfaction and operational metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department
- English
