Job Summary
Conduct daily and weekly store walks, audits, and product availability checks to maintain in-stock conditions and company standards. Manage inventory processes including reclaim, transfers, discards, and date checks to reduce shrink while reviewing excessive back-stock for root cause analysis. Provide courteous, knowledgeable service and execute product recalls or withdrawals in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements such as USDA and COOL, while reporting safety hazards, accidents, or illegal activity. Collaborate with the team to promote trust and respect, adhering to wage and hour policies and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department
- English
- English & Spanish
- 3 - 6 years minimum No Experience Required
- Pulling Requirement: 250 lbs
- Lifting Requirement: 50 lbs
