Job Summary
Inventory Specialist at Enovis is responsible for picking, packing, shipping to replenish internal and field inventory, performing inventory cycle counts, restocking, putting away finished goods, maintaining organized inventory locations, and creating/updating transaction records in NetSuite ERP. The role requires communication with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and Executive teams, participation in continuous quality and performance improvement activities, and ensuring accurate inventory documentation. Candidates should have experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups), attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work weekends/evenings as needed. The position is in Houston, TX with no visa sponsorship and requires US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience in inventory
- Prior experience with an ERP System
- Able to work periodically on weekends/evenings as needed
- Must have basic mathematical skills
- Must have legible handwriting
