Job Summary
Conduct daily counting and restocking of hospital supplies for Nursing Units. Drive an 18' supply transport truck between West Islip, Deer Park, and other Catholic Health facilities on a daily basis and as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy while possessing strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Lift heavy objects and operate basic computer systems. Requires a valid NYS driver's license, weekends and holidays availability, and previous warehouse or storeroom experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to work independently
- Must possess organizational skills
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Previous warehouse/storeroom experience
- Valid and clean NYS driver's license
- Capable and willing to drive 18' supply transport truck to and from West Islip and Deer Park on a daily basis
- Capable and willing to drive (as needed) 18' supply transport truck to and from Deer Park and other Catholic Health facilities
- Must have weekends and holiday availability
