Job Summary

Support store leadership in troubleshooting stock control issues and engaging with suppliers across all departments. Monitor, review, and update stock levels using various systems to ensure inventory accuracy, while distributing or stocking merchandise to maintain the best customer experience. Collaborate with the team through coaching on maintaining accuracy and analyze inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet goals and deadlines, taking ownership of all customer, supplier, and vendor interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • previous experience in inventory management or warehousing
  • age 15 or over
  • A willingness to learn new inventory management systems and our best practices to ensure optimal stock control and accuracy
  • A keen eye for detail to analyse inventory data, identify trends and discrepancies, and find opportunities to improve stock levels
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time to meet goals and deadlines
  • The ability to take ownership of all customer, supplier and vendor interactions and deliver best experience
  • The ability to act with integrity and communicate feedback through the appropriate channels
  • Background checks may be required (police, employment, medical and qualification checks)

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with central systems that enhance stock accuracy is advantageous
