Inventory Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct cycle counts, spot checks, and inventory audits while researching discrepancies and identifying root causes. Maintain accurate receipts, transfers, adjustments, and inventory records, and support quality checks before products move into stock or ship. Prepare inventory variance and accuracy reports, and work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to improve inventory accuracy. Safely operate material-handling equipment as needed. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of inventory control or related experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Comfort working with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Organization
- Problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
