Job Summary
Conduct daily cycle counts, inventory investigations, and reconciliations while managing stock between the warehouse and 3PLs. Monitor inventory reserves for mispicks, lost items, and shrinkage, and assist with warehouse tasks like picking and packing as needed. Manage the order system to clear old orders, measure KPIs including throughput and costs, and create dashboards for actionable insights. Forecast warehouse capacity, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements to efficiency metrics. Collaborate with the inventory forecasting role to align product conversion with processing capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Excel/spreadsheets
- Good with numbers
- Meticulous & detail-oriented
- Good at reconciling multiple data sources and dealing with poor quality data
- At least 1 year of inventory management experience
- Forklift license (asset)
- This role is based in our Calgary location
- The schedule & location Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
