Job Summary
Support receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory while ensuring physical stock levels match ERP system records. Execute cycle counts between physical inventory and the ERP system, collaborating with purchasing and production teams to resolve discrepancies. Supply the production floor with needed materials daily per the monthly Production Plan and optimize physical space. Improve processes to address root causes of discrepancies and prevent recurrence. Lift, carry, handle, and transport up to 50lbs unassisted. Maintain inventory accuracy and material flow to keep systems and physical inventory aligned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High school or vocational school diploma
- 5+ years' experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations or related field
- Self-motivated individual that continually seeks driving continuous improvement
- Hands on attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Must be able to lift/carry/handle/transport up to 50lbs (unassisted)
