Job Summary
Enter manufacturing orders, transfers, and labor assignments into the operating system while verifying product movement and receiving finished goods or raw material returns. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits aligned with production schedules, then reconcile finished goods and raw materials to ensure stock accuracy. Work directly with warehouse teams to monitor product movement, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate inventory procedures with management. Complete daily tasks before shift end, adapt to production demands, and execute physical count procedures using advanced math skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. Operate in varied temperature environments while maintaining data integrity and following safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months warehouse and inventory experience
- Experience working with a manufacturing environment operating system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
- Strong math skills, including percentages and basic calculations
- Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures
- Ability to read, understand, and execute written instructions and documentation
