Job Summary
Conduct daily Navy ERP transactions and physical inventories of equipment, containers, and operating materials and supplies. Maintain subsidiary accounts for assets under development and reconcile property records to ensure auditability and FIAR standards. Assist Tech Departments with ERP issues, update standard operating procedures, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly Property reports including inventory, pass, MILSTRIP, and stock screening metrics. Validate shipping manifests against container contents and support Property Management meetings as needed. Complete spot-check inventories and screen stock to maintain service level agreement requirements while attending local training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree, or three (3) years or more of work experience
- Experience with inventory management, procurement, or purchasing
- Working experience utilizing Navy ERP for inventory control
- Ability to work independently across multiple online databases to resolve issues and respond to customer requests
- Must be a detail-oriented and customer-focused team member
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of related experience in inventory management
- Knowledge and experience with the Navy ERP tool
- Experience with creating Unique Material Master (UMM) records in Navy ERP
