Job Summary
Inventory Specialist at HelloFresh Canada responsible for maintaining real-time inventory records, leading cycle counts and material movements, coordinating with planning and finance on weekly metrics, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions, training warehouse staff, and supporting system implementations and process improvements within a Mississauga distribution center. Requires 3+ years in inventory/warehousing or related field, a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical Excel skills, leadership potential, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory, warehousing, manufacturing and/or supply chain experience
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business or related field
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
- Drive and self-motivation
- An effective collaborator
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
- Confidential information handling
- Professional certifications and/or licenses with Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Availability to work weekend schedules and cold facilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
