Job Summary
Execute RFID-based inventory verification and update asset status within ServiceNow workflows, ensuring compliance with SLA timelines and data accuracy requirements. Perform monthly asset verification scans using RFID and SMP tools, investigating and resolving non-scanned or missing assets through data analysis. Manage RFID infrastructure including readers, antennas, and handheld devices while maintaining barcode and tag inventory logs for issuance and tracking. Coordinate with field technicians to maintain CFGT tagging processes and support warehouse asset tracking configuration. Achieve ≥95–98% asset verification accuracy and ensure timely completion of 60-day inventory cycles. Update asset status and results within the system of record to support continuous process improvement and USPTO asset management policies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting RFID and barcode tracking in enterprise or large-scale inventory environments
- Experience performing asset verification, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
- Experience working within system-of-record or workflow-driven environments
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
