Job Summary
Senior Inventory Replenishment Specialist at Lowe’s based in Mooresville, NC. Responsible for interpretation and execution of inventory plans, analyzing replenishment data, managing inventory needs to drive sales and ROI, leading process improvement projects, mentoring Inventory Planners, validating inventory fulfillment plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure order flow meets capacity constraints. Applies root-cause analysis, monitors key performance metrics, conducts trend analyses, and provides guidance on product flow and customer service at the store level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or equivalent relevant experience in business or inventory operations or progressive career development in retail management/operations or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
