Job Summary
Assign asset identification markers to inventory items and verify product details match physical records. Update tracking software with key asset information, including images, serial numbers, and manufacturer data. Participate in inventory reconciliation activities and assist in preparing assets for sale, recycling, or decommissioning. Collaborate with operational teams to record new products and provide reporting on inventory tracking progress. Maintain accurate asset documentation across the asset lifecycle while supporting product movement and inventory-related projects.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of inventory, warehouse, or data-entry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with inventory tracking systems and maintaining data accuracy
- A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams
