Inventory Quality Coordinator

Job Summary
Inventory Quality Specialist at Index Exchange: review new inventory (websites, mobile apps, CTV apps) in Salesforce for compliance with policies and quality standards; conduct audits before/after activation to ensure brand safety and regulatory adherence; pre-vet tickets and assign tasks; review internal/external work for accuracy; train stakeholders; analyze data to identify disinformation and implement corrective actions; conduct independent investigations on brand safety infractions; collaborate with internal/external teams on initiatives; identify new technology/processes to detect fraud or brand-safety issues; metrics focus on timely task completion, thorough insights, and effective issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a software company or Ad Tech industry
- 3-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Expertise in Programmatic Advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, DFP, Ad Servers, Video Players etc)
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
