Inventory Quality Control Supervisor- Hawaii

Oversee all aspects of inventory management and quality assurance within the distribution center, including core production, cycle counts, slotting, security investigations, and root cause analysis. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure daily targets are met, coordinate assignments for a balanced workload, and conduct performance appraisals to improve employee efficiency. Analyze reports to provide recommendations on best practices and establish new priorities for assignments. Drive operational performance to maximize efficiencies and achieve profit, expense, and customer service goals while complying with organizational standards. Reports to the IQC Regional Director and collaborates with Distribution Operations, Corporate Compliance, and Security.
