Job Summary
Inventory / Purchasing Clerk responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies; receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials; assist with preventive maintenance scheduling; coordinate with vendors; support purchasing through requisitions and tracking orders; maintain maintenance logs and prepare reports on inventory usage and costs. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software, and the ability to lift and move materials. Experience with maintenance inventory, tracking parts, and supporting maintenance staff is preferred.
Required Qualifications
